The «Funbio» (Brazilian Biodiversity Fund) non-profit organization is
a concrete example of how the fundamentals of professional asset management can

large proportion of the organization's liquid funds in line with the bank's

As a Swiss private bank we provide assistance to various social institutions in Switzerland and elsewhere.
That is why we support the Phuket Direct Fund which has been providing immediate aid to the victims of
last year’s tsunami. Now that the most pressing problems have been dealt with, the fund has changed
its focus to delivering education and hands-on support for orphans and other disadvantaged children
in Thailand – a modicum of security and safety in an unpredictable world.

AIG Private Bank Hong Kong is the main sponsor of the «Sheng Kung Hui St. Christopher’s Home»,
the largest non-governmental organization in Hong Kong. It provides a home for children whose
families are unable to provide appropriate care for them. The aim of the “St. Christopher’s
Home” organization is to create a healthy and protected environment to enable children and
young people to grow up at the right pace for their age and to develop their potential.
